When you (customer) place an order through Bekindyou.com, you agree to all the terms as mentioned below. These terms and conditions will help both us (as a seller) and you (as a customer) to be on the same page, and deal with all the service scenarios appropriately.

Subject to stock availability. At the BeKind website, We try our best to maintain the stock count accuracy. However, occasionally, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the purchase time. In such cases, we will be fulfilling only the in-stock products and get in touch with you about whether you would like to await restocking of the back ordered product or if you would like to get a full refund for the ordered out of stock products.

  1. Shipping Costs

At BeKind, shipping charges are absolutely zero. Yes, shipping is free, and the payment you need to make is the product’s selling price, which is mentioned clearly for all our products.

  1. Returns

  • 3.1 Return Due To Personal Reason

We offer a 30-day money-back policy. BeKind™ Health & Beauty LLC will happily accept returns, bet it due to change of mind or any other reasons, as long as the return request is placed within 30 days of product ordering date, and we receive in the original packaging, unused and resellable condition.

Also, please note that Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted by us, we will process the refunds. We will update you via email as soon as we process your refund request.

  • Warranty Returns

At BeKind™ Health & Beauty LLC, we happily honor warranty claims as long as the claims are valid. Every product you buy from BeKind Store comes with a one-year warranty to ensure the best buyer experience.

Also, please note that customers will have to pre-pay the return shipping charges. However, we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect BeKind™ Health & Beauty LLC to process your request within 7 to 9 working days.

Once your request is accepted, you will get the following choices:

(a) a full refund to your chosen payment medium

(b) a refund in-store credit

(c) replacement item (depending on item availability)

  1. Delivery: Terms And Conditions

  • Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments remains in transit for 2 – 4 days

  • Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally remain in transit for 4 – 22 days. The transit time depends on several factors, mainly the courier you select at the checkout. We give more specific estimates when a customer chooses their preferred courier partner at checkout.

  • 4.3 Dispatch Time

Mostly, orders that we receive are shipped with two working days of successful order payment. BeKind warehouse operates five days a week, Monday to Friday, during the standard business hours. In the case of national holidays, there could be some delays, but we promise to keep the shipment delays minimum.

  • Change Of Delivery Address

Requests related to delivery address change are accepted at any time before we dispatch them. No delivery address change request will be accepted once the order is dispatched from our end.

  • P.O. Box Shipping

At BeKind™ Health & Beauty LLC, we ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer or arrange courier services to these locations.

  • Military Address Shipping

We can happily ship our products to military addresses using the USPS. However, we won’t be able to offer or arrange courier services.

  • Items Out Of Stock

If an item goes out of stock, we will cancel and refund the amounts for out-of-stock products and dispatch the rest of the in-stock products ordered.

  • Extended Delivery Time 

Due to any reason, If the delivery time exceeds the forecasted time, reach out to us, and will look into the matter to make sure that the delivery happens asap. 

  1. Shipment Tracking

As we dispatch, a shipment tracking link will be delivered to the customer via message and email. Customers can use this link to track the shipment progress and the latest updates from the shipping provider.

  1. Parcel Damaged In Transit

Reject the parcel from the courier if you find your product has been damaged in transit, and get in touch with us. If the parcel gets delivered without you being present at the delivery address, reach out to us.

  1. Duties & Taxes

The price of the goods, as displayed on the website, already includes the sales tax.

  • Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be paid upon arrival in the destination country. International import duties taxes vary from one to another country. At BeKind™ Health & Beauty LLC, we recommend you be familiar with these costs before placing your order on our website.

Suppose you don’t pay the duties and tax upon arrival of the ordered items at your destination country. In that case, the complete order will be returned to us, and we will initiate a refund to you for the amount you paid for the product/order.

We happily accept order cancellation, however, only before we dispatch it, and you receive it. Please return our refund policy for a better understanding of the policy.

  1. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value, as stated by the courier.
