BEKIND™ RETURN POLICY

Thank you for choosing the BeKind range of products. We hope you loved the product and are happy with your purchase. However, due to any reason, if you are not completely satisfied, feel free to return it and claim a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please find all the return policy guidelines in the below sections to verify your eligibility.

RETURNS

Return must be initiated from your end within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returning items must be in the condition as it was delivered. If possible, keep the item’s labels and original tags safe.

RETURN PROCESS

If you are eligible for the return and refund, please contact us at support@bekindyou.com to receive the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Once you receive this RMA number from us, place the product, its accessories, and your proof of purchase in its original box package and mail the return to the following address:

Note: We recommend using a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

We will inspect the item after we receive your return mail. Your return, refund, or exchange will be processed within seven working days of receiving the return mail. Also, please note that the refund sometimes takes up to 1 or 2 billing cycles to reflect on your credit card statement, depending on the company of your credit card. We will drop an email to you as soon as your return is processed from our end.

EXCEPTIONS
